LEAD – Leadership, Empathy, Awareness and Diversity Skill Development Program for Organizations and Employees

LEAD – Leadership, Empathy, Awareness and Diversity Skill Development Program was developed, in Missoula, by Dr. Udo Fluck. Since 2018, LEAD seminars help managers and employees to improve communication within their own work teams, as well as with customers and clients externally. LEAD trainings help promote cross-cultural awareness, foster understanding, encourage communication, boost collaboration, are tailored to the unique needs of organizations and their personnel, and increase overall team satisfaction and performance. In addition, LEAD sessions can support organizations in broadening their range of skills and perspectives, as well as assist them in expanding to new markets. Furthermore, developing awareness of, and empathy for diversity can help make individuals feel they belong. Lastly, LEAD has the ability to strengthen leadership and can affect change and, more importantly, add an important skill set to managers and employees.

The LEAD Program:

  • Designs intercultural sensitivity seminars for nonprofit and for-profit organizations.
  • Delivers trainings that help participants to become more sensitive, aware, and understanding in interactions with culturally diverse individuals.
  • Reduces adjustment time for new employees, their co-workers and managers.
  • Creates more positive working environments.

“Cultural and global competent employees improve teamwork, customer relations and increase productivity. It’s the right thing to do, as a matter of fact, not doing it, can be a liability”, according to Dr. Udo Fluck, a 20-year veteran intercultural seminar developer and trainer, who has provided professional trainings for for-profit and non-profit organizations and companies, including the YMCA, Consumer Direct Care Network, the Missoula Organization of Realtors, the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the Jeannette Rankin Peace Center, Rotary International, …….to name but a few.
