GROW – the Global Respect of Others in the World outreach program that infuses existing curriculum in K-12 schools, typically social studies, with interactive, tailor-made seminars, that offer cultural and global knowledge content and perspectives to learners. To do that, GROW collaborates with superintendents, principals and teachers to support district-wide learning goals. GROW also helps with the integration of culturally diverse students in classroom settings, increasing retention and student success.

and

LEAD – the Leadership, Empathy, Awareness and Diversity skill development program, with custom-made cultural and global competence trainings for organizations and their employees in Missoula and surrounding areas. LEAD encourages the development of critical problem-solving skills that lead to creative solutions to common workplace challenges. LEAD promotes cultural intelligence and provides organizations and their workforces with a valuable competitive advantage in today’s economy.
