Share Your Event with Us

We’d love to hear about your arts & culture event!

Submit your arts and culture related event information to be included in our weekly E-News or monthly First Friday events Newsletter. Events will only be listed in the newsletter the week of the event due to the number of events occurring in any given week.

Website event calendar events (for members only) will be posted as soon as we receive them.

**If you are interested in our “Featured Ad” option which includes a graphic/image of your event, description in the top portion of our newsletter, and posts about your event on our social media, select “Yes” in the Featured Ad field. These ads are $50 per week. Please submit Featured Ads the week prior to the Monday you’d like your ad to be included. Please include a graphic for the newsletter (1200x300px) and one for our social media (1080x1080px OR 1080x1350px). We do not run Featured Ads in the First Friday newsletter.

Please submit by Friday morning to make it into the following Monday’s E-News.

Featured ads include a graphic/ image of the event. A graphic/image of the event must be the dimensions 1200 X 300 px. If you do not have the means to create these dimensions, no worries just send us what you have, and we can adjust it to fit.

Featured Ad

What you will receive: 1) Your graphic, description of the event, and links to your preferred website or social media in our “featured events” space located at the top portion of the newsletter. 2) This offer also includes social media posts of your event on the Arts Missoula Facebook and Instagram page.

Featured ads are 50 dollars a week. We use a square checkout link that you can use to purchase the featured ad. Once your featured ad is confirmed, a square checkout link will be emailed to you.
