The Clay Studio of Missoula

The Clay Studio of Missoula strengthens community by cultivating creativity and connection through ceramic arts education, exhibitions, and support for artists.

Education

• From multi-week ceramics classes to introductory one-day workshops, the Clay Studio offers multiple options in clay education to both adults and children.
• We offer private events and parties focused on engaging clay projects for groups to 12 or less, as well as field trips tailored to group size and interest.
• Our After School and Outreach program provides Missoula area youth immersive experiences in the visual arts, by improving their understanding of contemporary fine art and providing hands-on experiences creating works in clay. Free programs are offered in conjunction with Missoula Parks and Recreation to select public schools as well as partnerships with local youth serving non-profit organizations.
• For passionate individuals wishing to give their time while learning about various aspects of operating a clay studio, our Internship Program can be a valuable educational experience!
