Born and raised in Montana with her 6 siblings and large extended family, Erin K. Huffman had a very adventurous and playful childhood. Growing up in the 80’s, there was a lot of color, humor and creativity in their modest home. They adventured in nature and explored the local rivers, mountains and lakes, forming a true love for the outdoors. Art was alive in her house, as an expression of all of life’s rich abundance. Most of her inspiration began there.
Erin spent many years in the Hawaiian Islands, where she first began to paint at 36.Erin’s artistic style is an eclectic portrayal of landscapes, animals, people, spirituality and experiences.
Self-taught, Erin uses acrylics, pastels and mixed media. With color and intuition, her brush strokes take her on a journey to find the image that is wanting to come through. Erin also uses photographs, concepts and meditation to create her paintings.

I have a show in the Black foot Gallery at the ZACC in April of 2027. I hope to be accepted to the Zacc Mini Show coming up in March, 2026. I am working on arranging more displays for 2026. I am happy to arrange a private showing of my current works ,and meet in person. I can be contacted through my email.
I am available for commissions anytime. Usually, I work with an idea, concept or photograph, with the purpose of capturing your heart's desire. My style is subjective, and I love to make your ideas come to life on the canvas. I usually need at least 1 -3 months to finish an original, custom painting. Prices would vary on the complexity and size of painting.
I like to schedule showings of my artwork as often as possible. I can display a few or more current paintings whenever there is an open venue that fits. I am currently working on a new collection, and would love to have private or group exhibits anywhere from 1-5 x per year.
